Booking Conditions
Payment Terms
- Deposit: 30% of the total amount due at the time of booking via bank transfer
- Balance: Remaining 70% to be settled within 30 days prior to arrival or at check-in in cash
- Security Deposit: €300.00 payable at check-in, refunded within 48 hours after check-out
What's Included in the Price
- The daily rate includes:
- VAT included in the displayed price
- Electricity, gas, and water for normal use
- Heating and air conditioning
- Complete linen set for bed, bath, and kitchen
- Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi
- Private parking space adjacent to the apartment
What's Not Included in the Price
- Final cleaning: €50.00 (mandatory)
- City tax: €1.50 per person, per day (municipal rate)
Check-in
- Arrival day: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- It is mandatory to communicate your exact arrival time in advance. Without prior confirmation of your arrival time, we cannot guarantee a smooth check-in. For arrivals outside the specified hours, please contact us in advance to arrange alternative check-in arrangements.
Check-out
- Departure day: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Upon departure, a thorough inspection of the apartment will be carried out. In the event of any damages or breakages found, the security deposit will be withheld in full or in part accordingly.
Guests & Booking
- At the time of booking, it is mandatory to provide:
- Exact number of adult guests
- Number and ages of children (if applicable)
- Valid ID document for all guests at check-in (required by law)
- The number of guests specified at the time of booking cannot be exceeded. The apartment's maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of:
- No-show (failure to arrive)
- Late arrival compared to the booked dates
- Early departure from the agreed-upon dates
- the full amount of the stay will be charged, with no possibility of refund.
House Rules
- To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to respect the property:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in covered areas
- Pets are not permitted
- Parties and events are not allowed
- The apartment must be left tidy and in good condition at check-out
